Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data TRITMAE s.r.o. processes when you email us or book a conversation, why we process it, and what rights you have. It covers hello@tritmae.com, our external Google Calendar booking page, and this website.

What we process it for, and on what legal basis

We rely on the following purposes and legal bases under the GDPR.

Inbound email and business follow-up

When you email hello@tritmae.com, we process your email address and the content of your message to read it, reply, and follow up about a possible engagement.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps you request prior to entering into a contract) and, for continued follow-up, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in maintaining a business relationship you initiated).

Google Calendar booking

When you book an introductory conversation through our external Google Calendar scheduling page, the booking is used to schedule and hold that meeting.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps you request prior to entering into a contract).

Security, access logs, and abuse prevention

Our hosting and edge infrastructure automatically records technical request data to keep the site secure, available, and free of abuse.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its infrastructure).

Data we process, and where it comes from

Contact data you send us: your name (if given), email address, and message content, provided directly by you when you email hello@tritmae.com.

Booking data: the name and email address Google's scheduling page requires to confirm a meeting, plus the resulting meeting time. You submit this directly to Google, not to a TRITMAE form; we receive the confirmed booking details.

Technical data: IP address, request timestamps, and similar connection data generated automatically by our hosting and edge infrastructure as you browse the site.

Theme preference: your light or dark display choice, stored only in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Recipients and processors

DigitalOcean App Platform hosts this website and fronts it with Cloudflare as its content delivery network and edge layer.

Cloudflare is separately engaged, in a DNS-only capacity, as the DNS provider for our domain; that zone is not proxied through Cloudflare's edge.

Google Workspace (Gmail) hosts the hello@tritmae.com mailbox.

Google Calendar operates the external scheduling page our booking button links to. Booking opens Google's own service outside this website; TRITMAE processes the meeting details Google returns to us, while Google separately determines how it operates its own scheduling page. We do not assert a controller or processor relationship with Google for that page beyond what Google itself publishes.

International transfers

Google and our hosting and edge providers may process or store data outside the European Economic Area. Their US entities — DigitalOcean, LLC, Cloudflare, Inc., and Google LLC — are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognizes as providing adequate protection. Our agreements with each provider additionally incorporate the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as a fallback safeguard if that certification ceases to apply.

Retention

  • Inbound email: Kept for up to 3 years after our last substantive contact with you, then deleted.
  • Calendar bookings: Kept for up to 1 year after the meeting takes place, then deleted.
  • Infrastructure access logs: Kept for no more than 30 days.

We do not run analytics on this site, so there is no analytics data to retain.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest
  • Receive the data you provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format, including its transmission to another controller where technically feasible

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tritmae.com.

Complaints

If you believe our processing does not comply with the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic, uoou.gov.cz, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.

Is providing data required?

Providing your email address and message is voluntary, but necessary if you want us to reply. Providing the details Google's booking page requests is necessary to schedule a meeting. You do not need to provide any personal data simply to browse this website.

Local storage and cookies

We do not use cookies, web analytics, or tracking of any kind. This site stores a single entry, tritmae-theme, in your browser's local storage to remember whether you prefer a light or dark display. It holds only that preference, is set only when you choose a theme, and is not used to track you — so it does not require a consent banner.

Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
